Purpose: How do we communicate our idea effectively in our cubist art?

In Room Tuakana we have been focusing on our Cubism Art. Well, there’s some other stuff we need to focus on as well.

I have already started on a Cubism Art. I started my art with a boy, a young boy who lives somewhere in Porirua back in the days. I have worked really hard on it and it’s starting to look really great.

Something that I have achieved while doing my cubism art is thinking carefully about the type of colors I use and if it helps to make the main image stand out.

I think I improve on:
  • Contrasting colors
  • Bold lines
  • Bright colors


I think I need to improve on adding more detail and incorporating images into my artwork to make it more interesting.

                                Taonga                         Tuiga and Conch It has lots of feathers, pearls, shells, mirror and some sharks teeth. My Grandpa gave to me when I was a little girl. I care for what the Tuiga and the Conch that my Grandpa gave to me because it belongs to me and my family. It was long time ago he use to gave to me when I was 7 years old. When I was turning 9 I lost it it I really missed the Tuiga but not the conch because it not lost or breaking. I had lots of trouble with it but I still care for it.
